With over 12 years of professional experience in the aviation sector in organisations managing the maintenance of the continued airworthiness of aircraft – the flawless enforcement of regulations and safety monitoring has always been the number one priority in my career.

My many years of experience leading a sub-team has taught me to focus on effective task coordination and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. One of the biggest challenges for me is building harmonious and professional relationships with the team and clients, as well as creating a work environment where mutual respect and cooperation lead to excellent results – something I have successfully achieved.

The experience and principles that I have gained over the years in aviation I bring to my project, which is no less ambitious and responsible. At its core is the pursuit of safety, attention to detail and inspiration for an active and healthy lifestyle combined with unforgettable experiences. In summary, I can present three main principles that guide both my actions and the content I create.
