We pass through alleys with engraved messages and a spiritual gate. We come to the monument of the Voivode, where there is an engraved legend about his life. Next we walk around the cromlech &#8211; a modern version of an ancient Thracian structure, with symbolic inscriptions by Botev, Levski and others. The narrative moves through Valchan&#8217;s biography: from the tragic loss of his beloved Rada, through the creation of a detachment, the attacks on Ottoman caravans, donations for education and plans for armed help from Russia.
