The sunrise over Cross Peak is both dramatic and quiet, with the rays breaking through the clouds. A vast panorama gradually reveals itself in the frame, encompassing the Rhodope ridges and green valleys. After the pilgrimage to the summit, the route continues to a lesser-known area, the World of the Gods. There one can see rocks with sculpted shapes that resemble faces and figures, creating the illusion of the presence of something ancient and conscious. The atmosphere is enhanced by the mist and the quiet sounds of the forest that make it feel almost supernatural.
